Hang a big piece of poster paper in a team break area and label it “What I do when I can’t sleep.” Then put colorful sticky notes with sharpie pens next to the poster. Encourage everyone to contribute ideas. If your team is remote, start a virtual poster. After a couple of weeks of collecting sticky notes, discuss the ideas at a team meeting.
